Ok.. i wanna do this so bad..

i want to start tonight

do i listen to the lucid dreaming I-doser before i sleep? or do i fall asleep to it?

2, can i CONTROLL what happens in my dreams? since i will be aware im in a dream? like could i fly? shoot lazers out of my eyes for example?

please help, i want to know how to get it to work mainly the first question 2nd one if u have time.

please hurry im getting tired!!

please help... im reading more and more stories and im star ting to become afriad to lucent dream...

Why are you afraid? Lucid dreaming is possibly one of the greatest experiences you can have. If you run into something scary you can destroy it, if you wanna fly to the moon and see what it's like you can that, you can do ANYTHING.

And listen to the dose before you go to sleep, but it's not gonna magically make you have one, it'll make your dreams more vivid (like B6) which will hopefully help you realize your dreaming.

im no longer scared, ive been i dose lucid dreaming for a while, its helping me remember my dreams incredibly well, but.. i cant controll my dreams, how do i become aware in my dreams that i am actually dreaming? its been a few nights and i still havent been able to take controll of my dream

There are many different ways to lucid dream. Try this website:

It gives you a guide to lucid dreaming, and all the methods of making yourself "aware".
