Be aware in dreams

So when i was younger i could lucid dream no problem, Like i would be in my dream and then all of a suden i would be like hey im dreaming. Well y is it so hard to do it now? and what ways do other people use do have lucid dreams?

Luciding is far easier as a child than it is as an adult niot quite sure why, but keep practicing and you will get it :D

You become much more attached to the waking world and what you consider "real" when you get older. Now you have to learn how to break that to get the ability back again

I dunno about you but for me it's easier to lucid dream now. I remember only 1 or 2 times I had lucid dreams back then. Now it has happened more often.
