Hello I'm a student that is sensibilized to caffeine and a little bit to nicotine so I'm searching for the best dose to memorize lots of texts (I'm a med student)
I have tryed with doses like energizer, french roast (It didn't make me anything) and ritalin (boost of energy but when it decrease all you want is to sleep)

So which one of the list is the best:

-Adderall, Student, Brain +, Ritalin? There are others who work better? Thanks for reading me :D

I would recommend some other options for you rolleyes: :

Intermittent fasting (the 8-16 kind) . Your focus improves significantly during fasting hours
Omega 3 supplements
Chew a different flavor of gum for each subject. Chew it while studying, and again while writing your exam. Works because taste / smell and memory are so interconnected.
Use planners, cue cards and white boards to study.
Prioritize getting enough sleep and drinking lots of water.
