is it normal to have a bad sleep?

Be aware in dreams

is it normal to have a bad sleep?

Postby k00ks » Mon Feb 23, 2009 12:23 pm

i took my first lucid dream dose yesterday. took my headphones, put them on, turned on my ipod(converted the .drg file to a .wav by myself) and listened for 30 minutes sitting in my bed. when it was done i went straight to sleep, maybe around 20 minutes to fall asleep.
but i woke up in the middle of the night around 2 times. i had a few short lucid dreams which i'm :-D about. but i have school and i dont want to lose sleep over a dream. is that normal? or is it just that night i had a bad sleep?? i'm going to take a rest tonight then try it again teh day after.
