VPN Suggestion Function

Does anyone know how to use the VPN Suggestion function in the I-Doser Premium Android App?

It is only for countries that can not connect to I-Doser because of a country block. You don't need it if you can browse to I-Doser.com or use the app. A few countries block I-Doser (Indonesia, UAE, etc) so they can use the recommended VPN program to help them connect if I-Doser is blocked.
