I had an iPhone up till a few days ago. Purchased about five good doses that i really liked.
But recently found myself switching to Android.
Will i be able to "recover" them or will i have to repurchase them over again?

No, iOS Apps and and in-app purchases are not compatible with Android and Android Apps and purchases are not compatible with iOS.
This is not only for iDoser - you will have to buy all your apps over again on the new device.
